As soon as I received my Sugar Nellie prize I just had to have a play. It took a while for her to get here but wow, she is as beautiful as the website shows her. I can see why it's such a popular stamp.
Following my watercolour pencils hissy fit, I decided to use them on this image too. As soon as I saw these papers from Kirsty Wiseman I knew they would go perfectly with this image. I picked the deep pink and blue from the papers to colour Daisy with and I think it works really well.
I followed the skecth from The Sugar Bowl challenge. I nearly forgot to use my punch, but was able to use the border punch for the centre horizontal panel and (I'm not sure if this counts but) used a Nestie for the sentiment panel. I edged the sentiment with a Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid ink pad.

Hope you are all keeping dry. Have a great Bank Holiday.
